About the way the former mayor of Barcelona and the former Catalan president Pasqual Maragall and his family are coping with Alzheimer's disease. In October 2007 Pasqual Maragall was diagnosed with this disease. It was a heavy blow to the dynamic politician and his family. But once recovered, the charismatic Maragall began a crusade against the disease. He was closely followed by filmmaker Carles Bosch. With a great deal of empathy and humor, intelligently and with integrity, he recorded the ups and downs of the politician, patient and paterfamilias Pasqual Maragall during his fight against the disease. But also his family members and doctors are discussed, as well as the general medical problems of Alzheimer's.
