Ballet Boys plot
Norwegian teenagers Lukas, Syvert and Torgeir have an extraordinary dream: to become a professional ballet dancer. For years the boys have been dancing side by side in a ballet school full of girls; the friends there are a speciality. As they get older and dreams for the future become more real, they train even more intensively. Meanwhile, they are also just teenagers who have to get school results, suddenly find girls exciting and discover what true friendship means. The film follows the trio during this exciting period as they prepare for an important audition for higher dance education in Oslo. How do they deal with euphoria and disappointment? Will their friendship survive all this fierce competition? And what do they think about a so-called plan B, if that dreamed dance career unexpectedly does not get off the ground?
