Amsterdam Stories USA plot

The Netherlands has left its mark in the United States. Filmmakers Rob Rombout and Rogier van Eck follow those tracks across the continent in search of places called Amsterdam. The tour starts nostalgically with the history of the Netherlands in the US, including a picture of the 'Holland Society' in New York. Then it becomes a collection of stories from average Americans, mostly in small-town or rural areas. The journey leads through a significant amount of states.
