Yawar Mallku plot
Bolivian Indians conspire to protest against a sterilization clinic that plans to exterminate the tribe. The Peace Corps leaders are the target of indigenous hostilities. When they raise their arms, an intolerant leader gives the order to shoot any unfriendly Indian. An Indian takes his injured brother to the hospital and sees him die for lack of a blood transfusion and bureaucratic ineptitude.
