A proletarian policeman is tasked with solving the murder of a blackmailer in Turin's upper bourgeoisie, where a mundane beauty and her homosexual confidant are suspected. More and more he comes to the conclusion that there is corruption and ambiguity among the bourgeoisie and that makes solving the mysterious murder case not easy.
