"A jet-propelled gang...Out for fast kicks!"

A planned kidnapping seems to go awry when the gang leader, Hal McQueen (Corey Allen), falls in love with the victim, Caroline Elliot (Anne Whitfield), the daughter of a wealthy store owner. Of course, the other gang members don't accept this and want to usurp the ransom at any cost.
