Gokudô Kisha plot

Matsuzaki works as a horse racing tipster for a sports newspaper. He's a bum who spends half his time drunk, hanging out with the Yakuza, and complicating his sex life by giving in to advances from his girlfriend's sister. When a friend is scammed in a mahjong game, Matsuzaki tries to help him.
