Nice film in which the ex-criminal Ferry has built a new life in a sunny destination. The story is not original at all, but just a bit better than the previous film(because that one had nothing new to tell if you had already seen the series). Entertaining to see how the main character deals with a new generation of criminals. Frank Lammers and Ferry Bouman now fit together perfectly. Easily 3.0 stars.

Am a fan of the series and the first movie but man this is bad. Paper thin story, cardboard characters and as icing on the cake a direction that pushes the whole thing into the abyss.

No, unfortunately "Ferry 2" was not very special.
The wafer-thin story didn't add much and wasn't very believable.
I liked the scene where they have a party in the holiday home.
But before the Christmas holidays, with an oliebol and a drink, you can get through this film.
