Yes indeed, you know that in advance when you go to watch this film, an ordinary typical family film so often well-behaved and standard in advance. Still, I liked him.
The acting was a bit less, especially with the kids, but I can imagine if you're on a set with 18 kids that's not too easy. *2.5

Nowhere original and no more than an accumulation of bad slapstick humour. 10 minute sketch to end with daddy's face painted isn't exactly my style of humor. Where teen films like Home Alone are still almost original and contain a story, that has completely disappeared here. Moreover, it is not beautifully presented and you do not have a moment of rest in the film, so that you step out of this hyperkinetic rollway while puking. Just a bad movie.

'I don't want to lose another mommy', okay, I admit: my heart broke into 1000 pieces. Not just because of what he said, especially how he said it and his facial expression.
After two weeks of just studying and getting some sleep, this was a great movie to watch away. Perhaps I would have appreciated him less at another time. You have mapped out the entire film from the first minute, but I had absolutely no problem with that. I had to laugh out loud a number of times, especially at the very lame jokes.
This is a film that you should especially watch on a drizzly Sunday afternoon, after a busy working day or, like me, after two busy weeks. Just clear your head and not have to think about anything else. The clichés are flying around you, but I always wonder: do people really expect something else in this genre? This is a genre to which I expect few to no surprises and which I do not adapt to at all.
The acting is not exceptional, but I really enjoyed it. The fun, especially with the children, was so noticeable that it hit me. I find this, especially with these kinds of films, often even more important than the performance itself. I didn't think it was as bad as some here, I thought the performance was just average. Not very good, not very bad.
I don't really understand the many negative reviews and I also think the film is very underrated. However, I think those who are negative will not understand my positive review either.
