Wir Können Auch Anders... plot
When their mother has passed away, the illiterate Most (Krause) collects his brother Kipp (Król) from the institution where he lives. With their pick-up they drive along the Polish-German border to collect their inheritance. Along the way, the brothers naively pick up two hitchhikers: the beautiful Nadine and a deserted Russian soldier Viktor. Instead of a ride to their native village, it turns into a flight for Nadine's crazy friends and the Russian army, in the direction of the sea.
