"The First Hip-Hop Whodunnit!"
Two bumbling hairdressers in Harlem decide to change careers after clashing with their boss. They enroll in the police academy. It turns out that a villainous land developer is blackmailing their ex-boss into giving up his piece of land. Ed and Dre use their newfound police skills to stop him.
