Un Couple Épatant plot

Cécile and Alain form a model couple. Yet she is a rather worrisome by nature and he is an eternal hypochondriac who is mistakenly convinced that he will soon die. Cécile senses that Alain is hiding something and has him shadowed by Pascal, an unaccustomed cop, whose presence does not escape Alain. Would his wife cheat on him with this unknown man? The misunderstandings soon piled up.
