The Picture Show Man plot
"You haven't been to the movies until you've seen..."
In the early 20th century, Palmer (Rod Taylor), with his son and a pianist, travels through Australia. Everywhere he goes, he puts on shows showing the very first silent movies. One day the three hope to be able to continue living somewhere, to start a real cinema, but that dream still seems very far away.
