"The human heart story of a girl's brave fight for love and happiness."
Colonel Wright is a wealthy cattle rancher. He moves to the East Coast with his foreman, Curley, and his daughter, Bonnie Bell. This way, his daughter can enjoy a decent education and the comforts of big-city life. Bonnie Bell soon falls in love with her neighbor, Jimmy, a member of the prominent Wisner family. Because Colonel Wright believes Jimmy is a landscaper, he disapproves of their affair.
