The Headless Ghost plot
During their field trip, three students go in search of the legendary headless ghost of Ambrose Castle in Britain. The ghost, named Malcolm, is a soldier who led an army of rebels to overthrow King Edward's Empire, but was beheaded in battle. The three soon begin to understand that not all ghosts are the same.

To wrap things up, just this one, since I wanted to include something that wasn't too long and was on Netflix, and that turned out to be The Headless Ghost. And it turned out not to be very special, although because of its age, you still want to give it a chance.
At the very least, the castle setting is decent, and it is impressive how they bring paintings to life with the limited resources of the time. Additionally, the whole thing has a nice, compact running time, and the belly dancer is okay. But apart from that, it seems as if they weren't ready to make something of this yet, or simply didn't know how to do it. Because the mix of humor and horror doesn't work; the humor is lame and the horror isn't horror at all, consisting of a few lame screaming moments from the Scandinavian blonde due to a rat, snake, and cat. It is not surprising that the film doesn't score well, given that it has surprisingly little to offer. That is why I am giving it only two stars.
