"The affairs of a Master Lover!"
The ambassador of the kingdom of Luvaria instructs his attaché, Baron Belmar, to attract the attention of Mona, the wife of the minister of war. This minister opposes a treaty that the ambassador would very much like to see signed. But Belmar's mission is complicated by ambassador's wife Helene. Helene is extremely jealous of every woman Belmar meets, as she was responsible for his appointment as attaché.
