The monotonous life of the nameless protagonist (Trond Fausa Aurvaag) is unwittingly disrupted when the chatty Marianne (Marian Saastad Ottesen) shows up in his apartment. At first he ignores her, hoping she will leave, but she won't budge and continues to bombard him with her chatter. He can't find enough distractions in his work either, so he eventually decides to fall in love.
