Seven Keys to Baldpate plot
A writer bets a friend that he can write a 10,000-word novel in 24 hours. The friend takes the bet and gives him the keys to his Baldpate Inn, which is closed for the winter, so that he can write the novel in complete seclusion. However, things start to get out of hand when several people, who also turn out to have the keys to the inn, show up.
