Selamsiz Bandosu plot
When the mayor of the village of Selamsiz hears that the Turkish president is going to travel through the country and is also heading their way, he thinks this is a good opportunity to complain about a number of things in their village. In order to welcome the president as best as possible, it is decided to form a brass band. A bandmaster, who has been fired from the army for drinking, offers to teach some villagers to play musical instruments. However, this will not be an easy task.
