In an unfamiliar land, government, led by the military, and gangsters battle for a pocket atomic bomb. The suitcase with the bomb accidentally ends up in the hands of a completely innocent young man, who has no knowledge of it, but scares many. The soldiers and criminals just can't get the bomb from the young man.
