Ninette plot
Andrés, owner of a village shop that sells religious icons, leaves for Paris to meet his old buddy Armando, whose dull life is not what he once imagined. Housed in a hotel run by republican exiles Pierre and his wife Bernarda, Andrés' first thought is to explore the delights of Parisian nightlife. But soon he is seduced by the mischievous Ninette, Pierre's apparently free-spirited, stunning blonde daughter, and has to make up excuses for why he never leaves the building.
