"It takes a village."
In Le Mêle-sur-Sarthe in Normandy, ranchers are being hit by the crisis. Mayor Georges Balbuzard is not one to give up, so he decides to do everything he can to save his village. Coincidentally, renowned photographer Blake Newman is just passing through the region. Balbuzard senses an opportunity to save his village.
