Mousehunt plot
"Who's hunting who?"
On the death of their father, Ernie and Lars Smuntz inherit a ceramic egg, an almost empty case of Cuban cigars, some faded silver spoons, an old cord factory and a dilapidated house that lies lopsided on an almost immeasurable plain. A few days later, Ernie loses all that was left to him, his French restaurant and Lars has to sit and watch as his factory is taken over by mutinous workers. The two brothers, who are forced to take refuge in the parental hovel, learn that this is one of the last gems of nineteenth-century architecture. The 'shack' can, if restored, bring them ten to twenty million dollars. But the Smuntzen are not the only residents of the building.
