Although I certainly don't think this is director Tinto Brass's best film, this was an entertaining and also cheerful film that looks away nicely. This was mainly due to the light-hearted and also comical story in which the beautiful Anna Ammirati (in the role of Lola) splashes off the screen.

The film starts nicely with a cycling Lola who makes everyone's head go wild when she cycles past to show her beautiful bottom (with slip). For example, she drives a farmer, cyclist and two Fathers crazy and the last two even sniff the saddle when Lola has got off the bike

The more or less kind of romance story (set somewhere in the 1950s) does not have much to do and mainly revolves around Lola and her jealous husband-to-be Tommaso (played by Max Parodi, who looks a bit like Josh Brolin), where Lola makes all the men's heads go crazy and so Tommaso becomes jealous. Lola would like Tommaso to lose her virginity, but Tommaso wants to wait until they are married and that is why Lola pulls out all the stops (such as flirting with other men) to make it happen sooner. There is also a story intertwined who is actually Lola's real father and also a bet.

The execution of the story is fun and comically done and visually the film was also great. The latter, of course, mainly due to the beautiful Anna Ammirati, who also regularly shows her beautiful naked body. There are also a number of nice scenes in it, such as in the cafe with the dancing American soldiers where Lola sets things up by regularly opening her legs and starts dancing excitingly to music from the jukebox. The scene in the rain where Lola crouches down and pees on the street was also great.

All in all, this was another entertaining film from a director who looks away nicely.

What a sour thing here. Except from Theunissen then. A movie that makes you happy. Because of the music, but especially of course Anna Ammirati, whom we can admire in all its glory. Looks nice. Tinto Brass knows how to amuse men (and women). Moreover, Italian to the bone, this film. With all the excited noise that entails. Actually enjoyed it. Although I had seen it a long time ago. But of course a film should also have a story. Unfortunately, that is missing here. The nicest thing was Tinto Brass himself with cigar as conductor of the local music band. But there are (many) worse movies than this one.
