Melody Club plot
The new owner of the chic Melody Club, Jean, has only just inherited the private members' club from her father. Several members were robbed while they were out for a night, and the police suspect Jean of orchestrating the crimes and threaten to close the club if the incidents continue. Jean wants to clear her name and, worried that the police won't conduct a proper investigation, hires private investigator Freddy Forrester. He begins keeping an eye on the place, mingling with the staff and customers in the guise of a new waiter, but he only causes chaos.
