Marvelous and the Black Hole plot

Sammy is a lonely but sarcastic 13-year-old who rages against the world after her mother's death. In addition, her father Angus is forcing her to attend a small business school this summer, while also dating a woman she believes will replace her mother. While truant, Sammy runs into the magician Margot, who forces her to be her assistant for a kindergarten show in the area. Through her, Sammy will find hope in the darkest moments.
