Manuale d'Amore plot
The film tells the love story of four couples. All facets of the love story are discussed: falling in love, crises, infidelity and being abandoned. Each of these four stages of being in love is represented by one of the four couples: Tommaso and Giulia fall in love, Marco and Barbara are about to divorce, Gabriele is unfaithful to Ornella, while finally Goffredo is furious because his wife runs off with another, but ends up falling in love with another woman, which rounds the circle in this way.
