Man in the Chair plot
Cameron Kincaid, a rebellious boy from a broken home, has problems at school, with the law and is constantly arguing with his mother and her new partner. Cameron has always loved movies and it is his big dream to do something with them. But it looks like it's going to be cell rather than Hollywood. However, his future changes drastically when he has the chance to win a scholarship. The only way to win the scholarship is to make your own film. Cameron seeks help and finds a special retired man (Christopher Plummer). This old man turns out to be the only surviving actor from Orson Welles's masterpiece Citizen Kane. Cameron must have him in his movie.
