The 90s: the bodies of two inmates are buried. They spent 65 years in prison after being framed by a sheriff. Through flashbacks we see how the unusual duo Ray and Claude came together, and what they have been through in those 65 years.

Nice film in which two friends are innocently imprisoned for 65 years. An entertaining film in which the course is not easy to predict. Some funny dialogues and a nice cast. The aging makeup looks believable.

Great movie. With Murphy and Lawrence it can always go either way, but in Life they are clearly holding back. And the result is a film that, despite the sad story, has many light-hearted moments, but certainly also quite a few emotional moments in the end. Murphy and Lawrence show that they can do more than act in ridiculous and painfully unfunny comedies, if they get the right material.
