Les Malheurs de Sophie plot
Since living in a castle, Sophie can't resist the temptation of what's forbidden and she loves to play silly pranks on her cousin Paul. When her parents decide to move to America, Sophie is happy. A year later, she is back in France with her hideous stepmother, Mrs. Fichini. But Sophie will be able to count on the help of her two friends and their mother, Madame de Fleurville, to escape that woman's clutches.
