Le Maître d'École plot
Gérard Barbier is fired from the clothing store where he works. The reason for this is the fact that he stood up for a boy who was caught stealing in the store. Gérard then decides to become a teacher. He finds a job and everything is going pretty well. Until at some point almost all of his colleagues get sick.
