"Lights. Camera. Distraction."
After her experiences in Berlin, actress Macarena Granada travels to Hollywood where she becomes a star. In the 1950s she decides to return to Spain to shoot an American film called "The Queen of Spain". Macarena plays the role of Isabella I of Castile. In Madrid she not only meets her old friends and colleagues, but also has to deal with the dictatorial regime of Francisco Franco.
