A team of specialists works at a pharmaceutical company on a medicine for depression. The pharmaceutical company, however, finds itself in financial trouble. dr. Chris Cooper feels compelled to accelerate his development with all the associated risks. His waist seems to be taking off and the users feel great. They relive the best moments of their lives, time and time again. When a madness threatens to develop around the waist, Cooper must pull out all the stops to prevent disaster.
