Hot Stuff plot
"You can't turn this mob over to the cops. They are the cops."
miami. A special group of four police officers picks up thieves from the street, but before they finish the paperwork, the thieves are back on the street. As a result, there are too few convictions and the group will have to disappear. They decide that all the thieves in the area need to be caught and set up their own healing operation with a hidden camera. They collect evidence to eventually find the thieves and a warehouse for 'hot stuff' (stolen goods) to present to the prosecutor.
