Apprentice devil Grangerkin (Will Friedle) is sent up from hell to obtain the soul of ice hockey player Dave (Matthew Lawrence). In exchange for winning the coveted Stanley Cup, Dave is willing to give up his soul, but when push comes to shove, it turns out that Grangerkin has become too attached to earthly life.
