For the rather shy Ina Hofmann (30), life is really not running smoothly at the moment. As a single parent and working in a toy company, she is bullied by her colleagues and she also has a hard time with her boss Martin (39), a real pocket washer. But when one day the latter suddenly shrinks to the size of a toy figure, Ina wants to get Martin out of trouble.
