"Life is a traffic jam."
Just before the New Year, Stretch and Spoon find their girlfriend in a coma from a drug overdose. With difficulty they take her to the hospital and decide to stop taking drugs. However, in their search for help, they find themselves trapped by bureaucracy. While they wait, they continue to do drugs, but their supplier is shot dead and they are the prime suspects. So they have to get off the street quickly and get to an institution quickly.
