Generation plot
"A Different Kind of Love... A Different Kind of Life Style... A Different Kind of Film..."
Jim Bolton (David Janssen), a wealthy Chicago businessman, learns that his daughter Doris (Kim Darby) is pregnant. He immediately leaves for New York to assist his daughter, but is unaware that Doris is secretly marrying the father of her child, Walter (Pete Duel). Upon his arrival, Jim is shocked to learn that the two are already married and plan to give birth rather than in a hospital but in their apartment.
