F*ck de Familie plot

When her brother Ben suddenly passes away, Bo and her husband Saïd are assigned the care of Ben's teenage daughter, Emma. She wants to do this as well as possible but soon clashes with the rest of the family. Everyone—Bo's parents foremost among them—thinks they know what is best for Emma. As her demanding job drives her further and further into a corner, Bo's marriage falters, and all good intentions degenerate into a battle full of old grievances, new secrets, and family dramas that no amount of therapy can solve.
