Drea and Eleanor are two college girls who both share a thirst for revenge. A sex tape of Van Drea has been leaked by her boyfriend Max and newly transferred Eleanor struggles with her time at school after an evil rumor has started about her. When the girls unexpectedly bump into each other, they come up with a plan to punish each other's perpetrators.

Netflix cherries.
Typical teenage film with a clear wink to the modern audience. Do Revenge is a film that has moved with the times. This gives the impression that it is mainly a pleaser for Twitter, but nevertheless I had fun with this film. And while Netflix had just delivered some downers lately.
Visually correct sunny and the acting is provided by experienced names. Maybe not names that are known among the film veterans, but Mendes as well as Hawke are gradually becoming more and more famous. Despite the fact that this film is safe territory for them, they come off well and fill in the characters properly. Nice that they all give their appearances a twist in their own way.
It's entertaining and the plot has enough surprises and progression to justify the two hours. It may seem a bit tiring for a certain audience, but I was never really bored. A typical film in which you can quote a lot, if you're open to it. A bit of a shame about the sweet and brave interpretation, but certainly decent entertainment. That's how I like to see them.
