Der Himmel auf Erden plot

Local Representative Traugott Bellmann has been an outspoken critic of the moral decline in general and the infamous "Heaven on Earth" nightclub in particular. He is lucky to inherit the place - along with half a million marks. In addition, he is named director of the Moral Decency League. And it doesn't stop there: The terms of his late brother's estate stipulate that Bellmann must spend every night from ten to three in the morning in his newly acquired "den of iniquity"...
