"It's where every torso is more so, and bare-as-you-dare is the rule!"
An arrogant millionaire wants to prove that his tame chimpanzee is at least as intelligent as the group of young people who spend their days lounging on the beach. With this competition he wants to ensure that the young people disappear from the beach so that he can build a retirement home there. Frankie and his followers don't let themselves be fooled, however.
