"Surfs up and the Beach is really swinging!"
An anthropology professor (Cummings) studies the mating behavior of teenagers. To do this, he spends the whole day looking at bikinis and surfers with his telescope. Frankie and Annette are the two main objects of research. Of course they sing the necessary songs and Annette is even almost kidnapped.
