"Surfs up and the Beach is really swinging!"
An anthropology professor (Cummings) studies the mating behavior of teenagers. To do this, he spends the whole day looking at bikinis and surfers with his telescope. Frankie and Annette are the two main objects of research. Of course they sing the necessary songs and Annette is even almost kidnapped.

When the professor accidentally gets caught up in the teenagers' lives, it leads to all sorts of comical complications, including a jealous boyfriend and a biker gang.
This is all rather lame, innocent toilet humor; it seems the creators had something in mind along the lines of an Elvis vibe with humor incorporated, and in a lame way, it is sometimes quite entertaining.
