"On a thrilling chase around the earth, an alien teen discovers that life, love, and adventure are the same throughout the galaxy."

When a small spaceship crashes on Earth, it reveals not a monster or an alien overlord, but a teenage boy who has run away from home—a home on the other side of the galaxy. He is rescued by the children of the same military leaders who are trying to capture him. Together, the children must help their new alien friend repair his spaceship using parts left behind by other alien explorers, and escape before he is captured by the soldiers and studied by scientists for the rest of his life.
