Jasper the penguin is not the same as his ilk. He believes that there is a bigger world beyond the edge of the ice. He turns out to be right when he suddenly finds himself aboard a seagoing vessel. On board the ship is a very rare bird, the kakapo. Together with Emma, the captain's daughter, Jasper must stage a rescue to prevent the evil Dr. Block and his sidekick Rolf steal the eggs from the kakapo.
