Dutch Treat plot

Casper, the always friendly little ghost who loves making friends, travels to the Netherlands. There he meets little Hans, who is eager to play with him while he does his chores. Then they discover a hole in the dike. Hans tries to hold it shut with his finger, while Casper goes to seek help. However, the adults are all afraid of him. Just as the dike threatens to collapse, Casper closes the hole with a glass window. In doing so, he prevents a flood and, moreover, presents the town with an aquarium.
