Santa's new chief of the assembly department, Tinsel, has built him a supersonic horse-drawn sleigh. However, it turns out that the new vehicle has been secretly tampered with, which could end up ruining Christmas for Santa. The North Wind seems to be behind the sabotage. However, the roguish Santa gets help from an unexpected source: the Miser brothers.
