Timmy Turner can't find a date for the upcoming prom. But then he remembers Cindy. That's why he goes to Retroville with Cosmo and Wanda. But here it turns out that Jimmy Neutron was also planning to ask Cindy out to a party at his school. They go head to head for Cindy, but are unaware that the evil professor Calamitous is after them.
