The Jennie Project plot

Andrew's best friend plays baseball, loves comics and is his mainstay. But the neighbors are a lot less enthusiastic about Jennie. Because Jennie is a chimpanzee! Andrew's father is an anthropologist who brought her from Africa because Jennie's mother was murdered by poachers. But then Jennie is kidnapped by a biologist who wants to use Jennie for an experiment. Andrew does everything he can to save Jennie from the clutches of this heartless biologist. Will Jennie ever see her adoptive or her real family again?
